Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by Effortless Edge AI. By subscribing to or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1 Services Provided

Effortless Edge AI provides AI-powered automation services for businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Conversation AI — 24/7 automated website chat to capture and qualify leads
  • Missed Call Text Back — Automated SMS follow-up for missed inbound calls
  • Booking AI — Automated appointment scheduling directly to your calendar

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

2 Client Requirements

To use Effortless Edge AI services, you must provide and maintain the following at all times:

  • A valid phone number capable of sending and receiving SMS messages
  • An active business website that is accessible and functional
  • A valid credit or debit card on file for billing purposes

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and current. Failure to maintain these requirements may result in service interruption without refund.

3 Subscription & Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

Effortless Edge AI offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate associated with your selected plan.

3.2 Free Trial

New clients may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You will be charged automatically unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

4 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain full access to all services through the end of your paid period
  • No partial-month or partial-year refunds will be issued upon cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms at any time without notice.

5 Refund Policy

⚠️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Effortless Edge AI does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with service results or AI response quality
  • Unused portions of a subscription period
  • Failure to cancel prior to automatic renewal
  • Technical issues outside our direct control

If you experience a technical issue caused directly by Effortless Edge AI, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly. Service credits may be issued at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

6 SMS Program, TCPA & A2P Compliance

6.1 SMS Program Description

Effortless Edge AI operates an automated SMS messaging program designed to help local service businesses capture leads, respond to missed calls, book appointments, and communicate with customers 24/7. Our SMS program includes the following use cases:

  • Missed Call Text Back — Automatically sends an SMS to callers when a call is missed, initiating a conversation to capture the lead
  • Conversation AI — Automated SMS responses to inbound inquiries from website visitors and leads
  • Appointment Booking — SMS-based scheduling confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Account Notifications — Transactional messages related to your account, subscription, and service updates
  • Marketing Messages — Promotional SMS communications sent only to contacts who have provided explicit consent

6.2 SMS Consent

By providing your phone number and using our services, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS and MMS messages from Effortless Edge AI LLC and from automated systems operating on behalf of your business through our platform. This includes transactional, service-related, and marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

6.3 A2P 10DLC Compliance

Effortless Edge AI operates SMS messaging in compliance with A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC regulations as required by major U.S. carriers. Our messaging campaigns are registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR). Clients using our SMS automation services must ensure their use cases are compliant with carrier guidelines and applicable law.

6.4 Required SMS Disclosures

All SMS communications sent through our platform include the following disclosures as required by carriers and the TCPA:

  • HELP: Reply HELP for assistance at any time
  • STOP: Reply STOP to opt out at any time
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions

6.5 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any text message to immediately unsubscribe from all future messages
  • Reply STOP ALL to unsubscribe from all SMS programs
  • Contact us directly at [email protected]

Upon opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe request. No further messages will be sent. To re-enable messages, reply START at any time.

6.7 No Data Sharing for Marketing

We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to deliver the services described in this agreement. No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose.

6.8 Client Responsibility

As a client using our SMS automation features, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of automated SMS complies with the TCPA, A2P 10DLC requirements, and all applicable state and federal laws
  • You must obtain proper written consent from your customers before sending automated messages on their behalf
  • You must include required opt-out language in all SMS messages sent through our platform
  • Effortless Edge AI is not liable for any TCPA or A2P violations resulting from your improper use of our SMS tools
  • You agree to maintain records of customer consent as required by law

7 AI & Automation Disclaimer

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses may not always be 100% accurate or appropriate for every situation
  • You are responsible for regularly reviewing automated conversations sent through our platform
  • Effortless Edge AI is not liable for any missed leads or customer dissatisfaction resulting from AI responses
  • We do not guarantee specific results, lead volumes, booking rates, or revenue increases
  • You should inform your customers they may be interacting with an automated system where required by law

8 Intellectual Property

All content, software, technology, and branding provided by Effortless Edge AI remain the sole intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services during your active subscription period.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Effortless Edge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Effortless Edge AI in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy available at effortlessedgeai.com/privacy-policy.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio.

12 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13 Age Restriction

Our services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using Effortless Edge AI services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use our services, create an account, or submit any information through our platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete any associated data.

By subscribing to or using our services, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

14 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Effortless Edge AI provides AI-powered SMS and messaging automation services that operate through third-party telecommunications carriers. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

14.1 Carrier Delivery

Effortless Edge AI does not own, operate, or control any telecommunications network or carrier infrastructure. The delivery of SMS and MMS messages is subject to the policies, network availability, and technical limitations of individual carriers. We cannot guarantee that all messages will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered without alteration by the carrier.

14.2 No Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for any delays, failures to deliver, or errors in messages sent through our platform. Carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others disclaim all liability for messages transmitted through third-party applications such as ours.

14.3 Message Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS and MMS communications sent or received through our platform. These rates are determined by the recipient's wireless carrier and plan. Effortless Edge AI is not responsible for any charges incurred by you or your customers as a result of messages sent through our platform.

14.4 Client Responsibility

As a client using our messaging automation services, you are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • All recipients have provided proper consent to receive automated messages
  • All messages comply with applicable laws including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier guidelines
  • Required opt-out language (STOP to unsubscribe) is included in all marketing messages
  • Your messaging use case is registered and compliant with A2P 10DLC requirements

Effortless Edge AI shall not be held liable for any carrier filtering, message blocking, fines, or penalties resulting from your failure to comply with applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements.
